We measure both of the cavity and core steel, and the plastic samples according to the drawing to guarantee the precise dimensions.
At each stage of production cycle we have implemented quality inspection & quality control procedures to achieve correct results and meet quality of customer's product requirements.
We have set up an integrity quality management system and we will keep improving ourselves to make sure all the parts in 100% percent good condition at the final stage.
